
Students will rotate through three concentrated technique blocks:
Leaps & Turns
Sharpen your athletic artistry with drills that break down proper alignment, core engagement, takeoff mechanics, and safe landing technique. Students will work toward higher, cleaner leaps and more controlled, consistent turns.
Stretch & Strength
Develop full-body control with targeted exercises that increase flexibility, improve extension, and support injury-free movement. Athletes will build the muscular foundation needed for higher tosses, stronger body lines, and greater endurance.
Jazz Technique
Explore expressive, stylized movement through jazz fundamentals. This block emphasizes musicality, body awareness, and stylistic precision, helping performers bring more confidence and personality to their choreography.
